Saw your article in yesterday's paper and I just wanted to stress that I see no problem in paying out benefits for U.S. CITIZENS ONLY! Anyone who was killed or injured in the Sept. 11th attacks and was not a citizen of the United States should NOT RECEIVE any monies raised by any of the groups that were fund raising on their behalf. We have enough problems here than to give money to illegal aliens. Send them back to their "country" to take care of them. Lock up our borders and be more selective as to who really enters this country.
Our union is fund raising for FDNY families and I KNOW all the monies sent to their union office will be distributed properly.
