Is charity or gov't aid intended to solve the lifelong problems of those victimized by the tragic events of Sept. 11th?
**********To keep charities honest and responsible every penny should be specifically accounted for (that probably includes taking ID from those being assisted.) And those monies deducted from the total. The consequences of not doing so are appalling in the long run. Look at history.
