INCLUDE EVERYONE IN THE SEPT 11 COMPENSATION FUND

Dear Mr Zwick:
There is no reason to exclude any person or family from the regulations governing the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund". All surviving persons and families of victims, whether biological or not, including committed partners and children of committed relationships in gay or lesbian families should be included in these rules. I am dismayed that there are persons who think otherwise and who wield power to discriminate against victims of our terrible tragedy which makes them then a second victim of the attack. America is not blessed if a decision like this fails to include all.
