Victim Compensation
Dear Mr. Kenneth L. Zwick,
I would like to state that I believe it is of utmost importance to word the
rules of the fund for Victims of September 11 in such a way that funds are
administered to life partners of victims, and de facto parents or children,
regardless of sexual
orientation or marital status.
In the wake of this tragedy, it is important that we acknowledge all of the
lives lost and effected.
