Circleville Resident Enters Plea to
Methamphetamine Charge

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 19 year old Circleville, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on July 9, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: HUNTER D. TURNER entered a plea of guilty to “Possession of Pseudoephedrine with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine” on January 19, 2012, in Hardy County, West Virginia. TURNER, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces up to 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner and was investigated by the West Virginia State Police-Franklin Detachment; the United States Forest Service and the Pendleton County Sheriff’s Department.
