Fairmont Resident Enters Plea in Federal Court

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 37-year old Fairmont, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on April 11, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced that: LENNOX BUCKLEY entered a plea of guilty to one count of Unlawful Reentry into the United States without Consent from the Department of Homeland Security after having previously been deported. BUCKLEY, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Andrew R. Cogar and was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
