CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 40 year old Yoder, Pennsylvania, resident was sentenced on July 6, 2011, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that MATTHEW M. P. MABEE was sentenced to 235 months imprisonment to be followed by lifetime supervision and restitution in the amount of $1,012.80.
