Wheeling Resident Sentenced on Cocaine Charge
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A 29 year old Wheeling, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on August 15, 2011, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that LORENZO PAUL CLARK was sentenced to 100 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. CLARK entered a plea of guilty on March 11, 2011, to one count of distribution of 27.8 grams of cocaine on February 26, 2009, in Ohio County. CLARK was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Zelda E. Wesley and was investigated by the West Virginia State Police-Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
