Steubenville Resident Sentenced on Crack Cocaine Charge

WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA — A 39 year old Steubenville, Ohio, resident was sentenced today (November 16, 2010), in United States District Court in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: ROBERT NATHANIEL LYTLE, JR., was sentenced to 24 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. LYTLE entered a plea of guilty on June 7, 2010, to one count of an Indictment charging him with the distribution of crack cocaine on December 30, 2009, in Hancock County, West Virginia. LYTLE was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Randolph J. Bernard and was investigated by the Weirton Police Department-Street Crimes Unit.
