Wheeling Resident Sentenced on Drug Charge

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 50 year old Wheeling, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on June 30, 2010, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that PAMELA T. CLARK was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release. CLARK entered a plea of guilty on March 5, 2010, to one count of an Indictment charging her with aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine hydrochloride in Ohio County on February 25, 2009.

CLARK is currently free on bond and will self-report to a designated federal institution.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Zelda E. Wesley and was investigated by the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
