Federal Inmates Sentenced for Possessing Weapons
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — Two federal inmates were sentenced today (August 5, 2010) in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that:
DELONTA FOSTER, age 40, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with possessing a knife while incarcerated at FCI Gilmer on March 27, 2009. FOSTER was sentenced to six months imprisonment to run consecutive to the sentence he is currently serving. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Special Investigative Services at FCI Gilmer.
MICHAEL LITTLE, age 30, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with possessing a knife while incarcerated at USP Hazelton on April 30, 2009. LITTLE was sentenced to six months imprisonment to run consecutive to the sentence he is currently serving. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Special Investigative Services at USP Hazelton.
The cases were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Sherry L. Muncy.
