Philadelphia Resident Sentenced

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA — A 28 year old Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, resident was sentenced on January 25, 2010, in United States District Court in Elkins by Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that JUANITA STREETS was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to forfeit a 2001 BMW and $1, 850.00 in United States Currency. STREETS entered a plea of guilty on October 6, 2009, to one count of an Indictment charging her with aiding and abetting a person known to the United States in the possession of a false identification document on March 21, 2009, in Pendleton County, West Virginia, with the intent use the document to defraud the United States by gaining access to the Sugar Grove Navy Base.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner. The case was investigated by the West Virginia State Police and the Navy Police at the Sugar Grove Navy Base.
