Moundsville Resident Enters Plea of Guilty
on Firearms Charge

WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA — A 23 year old Moundsville, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on May 26, 2009, in United States District Court in Wheeling before Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.

United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that ROY CLAYTON CROW entered a plea of guilty to one count of possession of stolen firearms from March 28, 2008, to March 29, 2008, in Triadelphia, West Virginia. CROW, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
