Martinsburg Resident Entered Guilty Plea
to Methamphetamine Charge

MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 42 year old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty today (January 22, 2009) in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.

United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that DARLENE PAOLO entered a plea of guilty to possession of methamphetamine on October 29, 2008, in Martinsburg. PAOLO, who is currently free on bond pending sentencing, faces a maximum penalty of one year imprisonment and a fine of $1,000.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Paul T. Camilletti.
