AHMED RESSAM will be sentenced by Judge John C. Coughenour at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, April 27, 2005. Reporters who plan to attend please note the following information:

Location: 700 Stewart Street, 18th Floor (Note floor has changed)

Time: Reporters will have access to the courtroom at 7:45 AM

Security: There will be two security screenings. You must have government issue photo ID. (Drivers License, passport etc.) Press credentials will allow you a seat in the press section. However, seating for press is first come, first served. When that section is full reporters will be vying for space with members of the public for the remaining section.

Laptops/ Phones/ Recording devices: No laptops will be allowed in the courtroom. Cell phones, pagers, and any recording devices must be turned off. Reporters will be allowed to keep recording devices with them, but the Marshals will confiscate them if they are turned on in the courtroom.

Press Room: The courthouse has a press room on the 6th floor. Reporters can leave equipment in this room at their own risk.

Parking/Live trucks: Street parking is restricted around the courthouse. There are a number of pay lots in the immediate vicinity.
