North Richland Hills, Texas, Man United States Attorney Richard B. Roper announced that Shiloh Stark was sentenced today in Fort Worth, Texas, by United States District Judge John McBryde, to 235 months imprisonment to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release. Stark, age 28, of North Richland Hills, Texas, pled guilty in May to one count of transporting and shipping child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Stark has been in custody since his arrest in April on charges outlined in a federal indictment. While working in an undercover capacity in New York, a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent encountered Shiloh Stark in a “chat channel.” Stark was using the screen name of “user0999999.” During their private conversations, Stark sent the undercover FBI agent several images of child pornography and after their communication ended, the FBI agent obtained the IP address of “user0999999,” tracking it to Stark’s home address in North Richland Hills. In October 2005 a federal search warrant was executed at Stark’s home and law enforcement seized a computer and other digital media. A forensic examination of Stark’s computer identified more than 800 images of child pornography. # # #
