Pittsburgh Man Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Drug Conspiracy
PITTSBURGH, Pa. ‑ A resident of Pittsburgh, Pa., has been sentenced in federal court to 120 months in prison for violating federal narcotics laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.
United States District Judge David S. Cercone imposed the sentence yesterday on Donald Deaderick, 31.
According to information presented to the court, on March 24, 2008, Deaderick and Senekqua Mona Manuel‑Hopkins conspired to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine and 500 grams or more of powder cocaine.
Assistant United States Attorney Craig W. Haller prosecuted this case on behalf of the United States.
U.S. Attorney Hickton commended the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Pennsylvania State Police for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Deaderick.
