Federal Grand Jury Criminal Indictments Announced

Thomas Scott Woodward, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma, announces the results of the November 2010 Federal Grand Jury.

The following named individuals have been charged with a federal crime or crimes by the return of an indictment by the Grand Jury. The return of an indictment is a method of informing the defendant of alleged violations which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome the defendant's presumption of innocence.

Andrew Ivan Alvarado. Possess Marijuana With Intent to Distribute. The defendant, 21, of Tulsa, is accused of trafficking in marijuana in Tulsa on February 1, 2010. Eliboreo Perez Carillo. Illegal Alien in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition. Carillo, 32, an undocumented alien residing in Bixby, is charged with having a 9mm Beretta semiauto pistol in his possession on November 19, 2009.

Jose Guadalupe Ramirez, Jr. Possess Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. Ramirez, 30, an undocumented alien residing in Tulsa, is charged with trafficking in cocaine in Tulsa on February 17, 2010.

Joel Scott Wall. Embezzlement and Conversion of Social Security Administration Money. Wall, 58, of Tulsa, is charged with embezzling Social Security benefits intended for his deceased mother from October 2006 through December 2009. The total amount he is charged with embezzling is $32,925.

Beverly Jean McPhedran and Jason Edgar Kort and Max Ray Tanner and Sarena Rae Archer and Jean Ann Brenek and Mark Anthony Millwood. Conspiracy. The defendants are charged with trafficking in methamphetamine in the Northern District of Oklahoma between December 2009 and February 2010. (McPhedran, 32, Phoenix, Az.; Kort, 34, Broken Arrow; Tanner, 32, of Tulsa; Archer, 38, of Springfield, Mo.; Brenek, 39, of Wall, Tx. and Millwood, 31, of Phoenix, Az.)

Sealed and Superseding Indictments
There were eight indictments returned by the Grand Jury that remain sealed. There were no
superseding indictments.
