The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Great Falls, on May 27, 2011, before U.S. Magistrate Judge R. Keith Strong, the following individuals appeared:

AURELIO ROBLES-ROBLES, a 39-year-old resident of Mexico, made an initial appearance on a complaint alleging illegal re-entry after deportation. He is currently detained. If charged with this offense, ROBLES-ROBLES faces possible penalties of ten years in prison, a $250,000 fine and 3 years supervised release. Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian Whitaker is the prosecutor for the United States. The investigation was conducted by the U.S. Border Patrol.

A complaint is merely a written statement of the essential facts constituting the offense charged.
