Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on December 15, 2009, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, GEORGE ALEXANDER HALL, III, a 42-year-old resident of St. Mary, was found not guilty.

HALL had been charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
