Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on December 10, 2009, in Great Falls, after a 2-day federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, ROSS EVERETT WHITEMAN, a 50-year-old resident of Billings, was found not guilty.

WHITEMAN had been charged with aggravated sexual abuse.
