Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on November 9, 2009, in Great Falls, after a 1-day federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, JOSCAYNE WALES LITTLE BEAR DENNY, a 29-year-old resident of Box Elder, was found not guilty.

DENNY had been charged with aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse of a minor.
