SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– Beth Phillips, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced that an Ozark, Mo., man was sentenced in federal court today for producing child pornography.

Timothy Kemner, 35, of Ozark, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Richard E. Dorr to 30 years in federal prison without parole. The court also ordered Kemner to spend the rest of his life on supervised release following his prison term.

On Oct. 18, 2010, Kemner pleaded guilty to using a minor, identified as Jane Doe #1, to produce child pornography between Jan. 1, 2002, and Jan. 16, 2010.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney James J. Kelleher. It was investigated by the Ozark, Mo., Police Department.
