On October 29, 2010, Todd Robert Klink, 40, a resident of Anchorage, Alaska, pled guilty to the charges before United States District Judge H. Russel Holland.

According to court documents filed in connection with the pleas, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Erin White advised the court that Klink sold methamphetamine to an informant on five separate occasions. At the time of his arrest, Klink was in the possession of methamphetamine and firearms. Klink has a prior felony conviction for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree. Shortly after his initial contact with law enforcement agents, Klink made threatening statements toward a witness for the United States.
