Minnesota Woman Pleads Guilty to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota)
U.S. Attorney B. Todd Jones announced that during a federal court session in Minneapolis on May 4, 2011, Teresa Lynn Hill, a 44-year-old resident of Orr, Minn., was charged in connection with her guilty plea of assault with a dangerous weapon. Hill faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

Wisconsin Man Sentenced for Involuntary Manslaughter (U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin)
U.S. Attorney James L. Santelle announced that during a federal court session in Milwaukee on May 5, 2011, John G. Shawano, a 29-year-old resident of the Menominee Indian Reservation, was sentenced to 48 months in prison, three years of supervised release and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Arizona Man Charged with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine (U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona)
U.S. Attorney Dennis K. Burke announced that in Phoenix on May 6, 2011, Jaime Abraham Gonzales, a 46-year-old resident of Phoenix was charged with intent to distribute methamphetamine. If convicted, Gonzales faces a maximum penalty of life in prison, a $4 million dollar fine or both.

U.S. Attorney B. Todd Jones announced that during a federal court session in Minneapolis on May 4, 2011, Reginald John Wind Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Bemidji, Minn., was charged with engaging in a sexual act with a child under the age of 12.

South Dakota Man Pleads Guilty to Making False Statement to Federal Agency (U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota)
U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that during a federal court session in Aberdeen, S.D., on May 9, 2011, Roy Rollin Veit, a 22-year-old resident of Timber Lake, S.D., was charged in connection with his guilty plea of making a false statement to a federal agency. Veit faces a maximum penalty of five years in custody, a $250,000 fine, three years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.

New Mexico Man Pleads Guilty to DUI-Related Involuntary Manslaughter Charge (U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico)

Gonzales announced that during a federal court session in Albuquerque, N.M., on May 9, 2011, Felix Washburn, a 21-year-old member of the Navajo Nation, was charged in connection with his guilty plea of involuntary manslaughter. Washburn faces a maximum penalty of eight years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

Torivio was sentenced in connection with his guilty plea for engaging in a sexual act with a minor.
