Nominee to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
- Judge Gene Pratter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is a highly respected jurist who is widely praised by lawyers and fellow judges alike for her intellect, integrity and judicial temperament.
