The South Florida HIDTA consists of the following counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe.

Everglades National Park is in Monroe and Miami-Dade counties.

Miami is a major city with a population over 350,000.

Fort Lauderdale and Hialeah are major cities with populations between 150,000 and 249,999.

Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West are major seaports.

Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Miami, and Key West are international airports.

The interstates are I-75 and I-95.

The U.S. highways are routes 1, 17, 27, 41, 98, and 441.

Other roadways include the Florida Turnpike and Everglades Parkway.

Everglades is a national park.

The South Florida HIDTA consists of the following counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe.
