An increase of 16 positions and 10 workyears is requested to establish/operate the commissaries and provide inmate telephone service at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Petersburg, VA; U.S. Penitentiary Lee, VA with work camp; and expansions of existing facilities at Seagoville, TX and Jesup, GA.
