The Associate Attorney General has under it the Office of Justice Programs, Community Oriented Policing Services, Executive Office for U.S. Trustees, Office of Information and Privacy, Office of Dispute Resolution, Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, Civil Rights Division, Civil Division, Antitrust Division, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Tax Division and the Community Relations Service.

The remaining components under the Deputy Attorney General are: Office of Policy Development, Office of Public Affairs, Office of Legislative Affairs, Office of Legal Counsel, Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Division, Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Marshals Service, Immigration and Naturalization Service, U.S. National Central Bureau-INTERPOL, U.S. Attorneys, Office of the Inspector General, Office of Professional Responsibility, Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, Office of the Pardon Attorney, Justice Management Division, U.S. Parole Commission, Executive Office for Immigration Review, National Drug Intelligence Center and the Professional Responsibility Advisory Office.
