Developed by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Senior Abuse Financial Tracking and Accounting (SAFTA) Toolkit is designed to provide law enforcement and other elder justice professionals with a simplified method for displaying suspicious financial patterns to facilitate the prosecution of suspected financial exploitation of older adults.
